Bikki Subba who was arrested by Kalimpong police yesterday has been sent to 14 days of judicial custody by kalimpong court. subba is the president of the 33 number samasti committee and was arrested from novelty line area yesterday evening. Subba a GJM leader has been booked in the Torching of Nano vehicle on 27 August morning at 3 mile .He has booked under section 147/148/149 435 & 427 IPC and  Arms Act 25(i)A / 27.Meanwhile Today court has granted bail to Ashok Periwal a business man from kalimpong and Ward Councillor has been released on bail today.
