Kalimpong December 15, 2014:
The members of the study forum of Basil International Limited filed a
complaint against 5 official bodies of the company for their negligence towards
the serious matter of reimbursing the public’s money; warrant for Arjun Kumar
Sharma, Suryaman Biswakarma, Karmindra Diyali, Uday Kumar Mandal and Sushanta
Chatterji have been released.
According to the
members of the study forum, it was the seniors who received the cash-deposits paid
by the public who now are absconding when people require their explanation. ‘We
have tried many alternatives to call them in a meeting but there are no modes
of communication’ said Nikita Rai, the vice president of the study forum.
Now the people of
Kalimpong started assuming that the seniors might have altered the name and
restarted the company in some other name. ‘Like Nixal was the first name of the
company that changed to Vamshi Chemicals, followed by versatile and Appiline group
of companies till Basil International Limited’ informed the forum.
‘We now hear the rumor
that the absconding heads have already started or renamed a company as IPL that
has entered Darjeeling’ added the vice president who also said that they won’t
allow any new or renamed companies to enter Kalimpong in the future.
It was known that Nixal,
Vamshi, Milani Techno Engineering Limited, etc, have provided an Arbitrator to
determine the amount of claim to meet up the liabilities by reimbursing the
creditors once the amount is ascertained where the study forum demands for a
similar Arbitrator from BASIL as soon as possible.
However the 5 heads are
still unable to be contacted because of the unavailability (switched off) of
their mobile number, ‘their concealed location compelled us to file a complaint
against them’ informs Rai to the media.
