One Kul Bd Gurung alias Zodan was arrested by Malli Police on charges of Kidnapping a 3 yr old minor and attempting molestation. The incident came in light this morning when the parents of the minor started to search her missing daughter . when they were calling her Zodan came out of his house and handed over the child to her who later narrated the incident to her Parents. Hearing the same they file a complain of attempting rape , acting on the FIR Malli police arrested Zodan and produce him before Kalimpong Court he has been slapped u/s 342 IPC and Section 12 of POCSO Act 2012.
