One Driver Ramesh Baraily (23) was dead when the Truck vehicle he was traveling skidded off the road near Labarboety at  N.H 10 this afternoon  around 1 p.m The area belong to under Malli CP . According to incident the Truck vehicle SK 04D 0065 which was coming From Sikkim Jorethang and going towards Siliguri met with a accident and fell about 100 feet below the road at the side of River Tista . Ramesh Baraily died on the spot  where as the helper and another person who was also a driver of another vehicle sustain major injury. Police and local recovered the body and rushed the injured to kalimpong Hospital . The dead belonged to Geyzing , Sikkim. The body of driver was sent for Post Mortem at Kalimpong hospital today.
