Five candidate will fight for Kalimpong constituency this election. After two dummy candidate for JAP and GJMM withdraw their nomination the five contesting candidate were allotted with Election Symbol . JAP President and Independent Candidate Dr Harka Bahadur Chhetri have got the symbol of Whistle while GJMM Sarita Rai one pair of Burning Candles. Gorkha Rastriya Congress Amar Luksom has been allotted Walking Stick Symbol while CPRM Kishore Pradhan Pen Nip with seven rays and Independent Brigunath gupta Cup with saucers. All candidate and thier election agent were distributed I card by 22 Kalimpong Returning Officer in presence of Election Observer S.P Kadupatil this afternoon
