GTA member from Darjeeling Binay Tamang and two from kalimpong Nima Tamang and Prof.Kalyan Dewan has been granted bail in a case of Gorbuthan
where on 24th May House of TMC leader K.N.Subba was torched . All the three were bought to kalimpong court for production where the lawyer of GJM party moved a bail plea after which kalimpong court
has granted interim bail of Rs.5000 to all the three. Now there is no
case pending in kalimpong but due to case in other subdivision and
district all the three were sent backo to Jalpaiguri Correctional Home.Earlier Kavita Gurung GJNM
central committee member from Gorubathan and GTA councillor from Gorbuthan Chandra
Yonzone were granted bail and one of the accused Manoj Tamang was also granted bail yesterday in the same case. Tags: LOCAL
