Dr. Chettri’s ‘Paridhibhitra’ launched

The writer and columnist in Kalimpong MLA Dr. Harka Bahadur Chettri returned to literary circles today with the release of ‘Paridhibhitra’, a collection of his published articles. The occasion was 129th edition of Basibyalo held at a local hotel here. Litterateur Sanu Mati Rai was present as the chief guest. Dr. Chettri was joined by eminent personalities like RP Dhakal, Anmol Prasad, Gyan Sutar, Lopsang Lama, Madhusudan Lama in releasing the book. Kritika Prakashan and Charitra Prakashan have jointly published Paridhibhitra. Dr. Chettri said the title directly connotes the articles written during the Gorkhaland agitation. “We are yet to draw a boundary of a state and stay within its circumference,” said Radhika Chettri, his wife.Tags: LOCAL
