Kalimpong Footballer Dipen Pradhan passes away

A young and emerging Footballer Dipen Pradhan passed away at the age of just 26 due to cardiac arrest yesterday.
He started his footballing career from Danapur Army boys football training center where he was one of the best player and a creative midfielder. Then he moved to Sumi School football team in the year 2007 in which he was too the best player of the school.

According to information received from Share FC he was sick and was at rest.He joined the club at the end of 2013.He was part of the team when the team won the independence shield in Kalimpong,and the all India Bishnu Jyoti football tournament in Assam.This year also he captained the team in Assam where the club ended as runners up in the All India Bishnu Jyoti football tournament and the Un Brahma Gold cup in Assam.

He outcasted all the players and soon came in the books of Kalimpong based club Apex FC where he showed his ample talent. This doesn't end here, he has also became the champions of the Saheed cup in Kalimpong playing for Apex FC and represented in many Subroto cup trophy in Delhi.He used to have cool temper in pitch for which girls used to flock to see him play.

Great Indian Player Sunil Chhetri,Sanju Pradhan along with Head Coach of Laos and one of the ISL Team Steve Darby and many footballer have condole the death of Pradhan who hails from Algarah.
