CPRM Youth Wing voices Gorkhaland on Parliament Rally Many injured in a clash with police near Parliament

‘The demand of the separate Gorkhaland is a matter of life and death for the Gorkhas and if everybody supports, the community shall get freedom” said Community Party of Revolutionary Marxists (CPRM) Youth Incharge Comrade Shekhar Chettri today in a programme organized by ISA and RYA against corruption at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi.

AICCTU General Secretary Sapan Mukherjee on
his part said that the corruption cannot be ousted only by a mere agitation but
a strong and alternative revolution in the need of the hour. The All India
Student Association National Secretary Ravi Roy challenged the Government that
this time they shall blow away the police barricade installed near the
Parliament which will be a ignition for the upcoming strong agitation.

(Liberation) General Secretary DIpanker Bhattacharya, ISA leader Abudhya,
Suchita Dey, RYA National President Mohammad Salem also addressed the day.
More than 10, 000
revolting youths and student took out big rally from Jantar Mantar to mash the police
barricade near Parliament. The separate State of Gorkhaland was also voiced
during the rally. The police lathi-charged the rally where Student leader
Avishek Yadav has been seriously hit in his head and several others injured.
Many agitators were also
arrested by the police but later they were compelled to release them when the
agitator kept on pressurizing the police.
