Algarah- Kalimpong road in bad shape

The main road which connects Algarah with Kalimpong via Pedong is in a bad shape. The vehicles ferrying on this road which leads towards Pedong Sakyong, Kasyong, Kagey Lingsey, Lingsekha and Rhenock Rongli areas of East Sikkim, always perils under danger. The tar has worn off while craters are created at many points. The drivers complain that the lack of maintenance of the road has led to this condition. The concerned department needs to immediately tackle this issue.Tags: LOCAL
