The foundation stone for the 3.8 kms long road interlinking Asmani Road at Lower Vidyag, 15th Mile with Relli Khola was laid today. A total fund of Rs. 2 crores 94 lakhs 82 thousand has been allotted for the building of the road, which will be constructed under the Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF). The area Sabhasad, Kalpana Tamang along with Assistant Engineer, Gopal Prasad Sharma and the Morcha leaders of the area laid the foundation stone which was preceded by a Bhumi Puja. The road will be constructed under the supervision of Engineer Kishore Chandra Ghimirey. The people of the area seemed to be happy as they believe that the road connectivity will come of some relief to them.
