Number of people with mental disorder has increased in Kalimpong town and its surrounding areas. The public parks and the tourist spots have become hoods from such people. They not only pollute the public areas but are also making a bad impression on the tourists who visit these areas. Apart from this, such people also create havoc among the school goers as they scream and scare them (students). Some of such people are seen torturing themselves with blades while some are seen shouting abusive languages. The public now feel that the administration should come forward and act upon the issue.
