‘Who Cares’, a Organization ,observed its first foundation day .It was on this day when a team of 17 youth brigade  last year visited various places and rendered their social services to around 20- 25 mentally

ill patients and the beggars.The members of the NGO bathed them, cut their hair, provided them with new set of clothes and also fed them.

The initiative that started win kalimpong on July 26th 2012 within a year soon spread to Darjeeling kurseong and Sikkim now the membership in the team has about 700 people informed Aron Yonzone Team co

ordinator of Who Care today in the foundation day celebration program at kalimpong town hall .

He expressed that in this age of modernity people have lost humane values. We do not have time to think for our fellow human beings. We all are so busy dealing with our lives that we tend to over look the sufferings of others, we observe environment to care for our nature ,their are animal hospital for animals but no one care for those who are in the street . “In the future we would like to construct a home for the needy where they can avail all kind of facilities along with proper medical care,” he added .  “There is no help from the

Government till date and we do not expect any,” told Yonzone. The NGO has been functioning on the funds of Rs.10 pulled in by the members along with the support from the locals.
