United Veteran and St.Joseph Convent jointly conducted One day Inter School Competition of Table Tennis Girls U-12 ,U-14,U-17 & U-17+ singles and doubles league cum knock out at Kenny Hall . Dr.Harka Bahadur Chettri, MLA kalimpong was the chief guest of the inaugural function .7 school from Kalimpong and Sikkim participated in the competition .

In table tennis U-12 singles final Diya Trikhatri representating Sikkim Table Tennis Association defeated Prasanta Rai of  St.Joseph Convent.  Similarly, in table tennis U-14 girls singles STTA's Priya Gurung defeated Yorika Rai of St.Joseph Convent,meanwhile Ashna Lama of St.Joseph Convent defeated Mousmi Khan of STTA in the under 17 event final. The mix duo of Priya Gurung and Diya Trikhatri defeated the duo of Adilina Rai and Pema Lamu of St.Joseph Convent to clinch the trophy in the junior doubles event . In the senoir doubles duo of Priya Gurung and Mousmi Khan of STTA defeated the duo of Dichen Lamu and Indira Ghosh .
