4 member of a same family in kalimpong has been arrested by Kalimpong Police after the smallest son wife died after sustaining a burn a few days ago.According to the Incident Wife of Kunal Gupta Sila Gupta(24) name change was admitted to kalimpong hospital on 7th Nov with 70% burnt but  due to her deteriorating condition she was refereed to NBMC the next day where she breathed her last yesterday. Sila had a 6 month old son and is said that she was physically and mentally tortured by her family member and husband. About 15 days ago Sila was found crying in the market too. The family member of the dead who are from Islampur lodge a complaint against all the family member yesterday alleging to kill her daughter at kalimpong P.S after which Kunal Gupta the husband and his big brother Jai Prakash Gupta was arrested and today the mother of both the son shila devi (52) and wife of  Jai Praksh Gupta Puspa devi were arrested today on the same charge.All four have been booked under Section 498( A ) / 326/307and was produced in kalimpong court today.Police is investigating the matter.
