The attacker who attacked the driver of Nepali
daily ‘Samay Dainik’ yesterday has been granted bail by kalimpong ACJM court Friday morning by some truck drivers of
Sikkim .
The Bolero Plus vehicle owned by the daily was vandalised and the driver, Bigendra Lama, severely assaulted by about seven staff members of the truck association Yesterday in the wee hours after which three persons was arrested in connection with the case. Krishna Gurung, Damber Rai, and Dilip chhetri of Busuk,Namchi and Dongchung of Sikkim respectively were booked under section 341,323,325,506,34 IPC was produced in the court today after which they were granted bail.
