Kalimpong police has successfully recovered the license pistol of Udai kumar Kumai which was stolen yesterday from his home situated at B.L Dixit Raod. Kumai is the president of Gorkha Dukha Niwarak Sammelan and had a License .032 Pistol . He went to siliguri yesterday morning and when came in the evening found that some silver coins and the Pistol was missing from his Almirah. After which he informed kalimpong police who in their investigation turned the finger toward Abhishek Adhikari the son of the women who works at Kumai residence.In inquiry it was found that Adhikari was seen with other friend at kumai residence in his absence . Police later interrogated the boy today and found that the arms was kept at Lamini Gau Prayan Tamang home . After receiving the information the police team captured the pistol and Tamang too . Meanwhile Yusuf Lepcha was also arrested in the case for helping the duo. A Case of 457 and 380 IPC has been started and all the three were produced before ACJM court today.
