Kalimpong is all set to welcome CM Mamta Banerjee who is on the first visit to Kalimpong town this year. According to Sources CM will be reaching Kalimpong late evening where she may go to Delo Tourist Lodge about 5 km away from the Town. Meanwhile the construction of Stage at Ronald Say Park at Homes in going on full swing. The ground is set to host the 3rd Foundation day of MLDB on 3rd of Sept. CM is set to participate in that program. Meanwhile sources have given the detail that the Bipartite meeting between the GTA and State Govt which is schedule on 2nd Sept will be organised at Circuit House .Poster written 'Welcome King Choom Darmeet' has been hung all over the town with TMC party flag . This is CM first visit to Kalimpong after last September where the Lepcha Community gave her the highest prestigious award of King Choom Darmeet. The road to delo which had many path holes has been temporary being made . The cleaning of road is going in full swing too. Many Forces from different places have started coming. A total of 28 buses which was announced by CM in her last visit is set to open from 3rd Sept. A total of 7 buses today reached Kalimpong .
