Youth arrested on charges of attempting a rape on minor

Mangar (25) of Garigaon, Sinjee was today arrested on charges of
attempting a rape of a minor. The incident took place on 20th Sept when a
Nine yer old minor were returning from her school to her village. The
Boy is said to have caught the minor and later took her to a nearby
jungle . He even tried to pick other female child but did not succeed .
again seeing this girl returning he pick her and took to nearby jungle .
Here he is said to have molest the female child touching her private
parts. He could not succeed in attempt of Raping as the child shouted
for help which worked and a man passing by hear the voice and went there
seeing this Bipen ran . The Family lodge a complain today at Kalimpong
Ps today after which he was arrested . He have been booked under POSCO
Act and will be sent to court tomorrow.Tags: LOCAL
