Debjani Mukherjee, co-accused in the Saradha Ponzi cases, was produced before Kalimpong ACJM court today . Mukerjee who has already been granted bail on 9 oct was bought here for production before ACJM R  Charkrabarty .  On April 22 2013 , a man named Uttam Bhujel  had lodged a complaint against Mukherjee in Kalimpong police station. This was the first time Devjani was bought to Kalimpong after her bail this Oct.  Bhujel had accused Mukherjee of cheating(Sec 420 IPC).
She was bought from Alipur women's correctional home today where she was taken back as many cases are still pending in her name.
