GJM Spoke person and MLA from Kalimpong Dr Harka Bahdur Chettri has today officially announce that he will not be contesting the next year MLA election in a meet with press today.We have to pave the way for good candidate or we will be termed as Chowki Premi he told here. He said that I am not ready to contest the next election and even if my party grants me the ticket i will convey and explain my decision to them. He expressed that in the upcoming Budget session of the state SSC for hills bill may come in house. He expressed outrage over the regular interference of the state in GTA too.
