CPRM, Teesta Branch complains about ration distribution glitch

The
members of the Communist Party of Revolutionary Marxist (CPRM), Teesta Branch
today submitted a letter to the Officer of the Food Department, Dhurba Bareily
complaining about the glitch during the distribution of ration. The CPRM,
Teesta Branch Secretary, Shyam Gurung speaking on this context said that though
in the ration shops of Teesta distributing the rations double the quantity
before, but the quality is very poor. Adding that there are much stone chips
mixed with the ration commodities, he demanded that proper checks should be
done. Likewise, Gurung also mentioned that only 200 gms of sugar is being
disbursed in the ration to the residents of Teesta whereas at other places 500
gms is distributed.
Reciprocating
to the complaint by the CPRM, Teesta Branch the Food Department Officer assured
that he along with the Food Inspector will be visiting Teesta this coming
Saturday and will be checking the rations.
