Gurung hopes for a better relationship with the state govt

“Political relationships keep changing and the present situation between the Morcha and the state government might get better in the future”, said GJM Chief Bimal Gurung today. He said that in order to maintain good relationship the Morcha may also have a talk with the state government. Gurung claimed that they will be doing developmental works in the GTA area and are working towards maintaining peaceful environment in the hills. He announced that 25 high schools will be established in the GTA area and a college will be constructed at Mungpoo. Speaking about tourism, Gurung said that various tourist spots will be constructed in the coming days. Further he said that neither he will resign from the GTA nor the GTA will be dissolved.Tags: LOCAL
