Benay Tamang and another GTA councilor Satish Pokrel has been arrested by kalimpong police from the Sikkim Bengal border at romphu  by kalimpong police this morning around 3 a.m . another 4 who were with both the sabhsad has also been picked by the police .all of them have the charge of showing black flag to the MIC Gautam Dev this march when he was returning to siliguri this february after ending the indifiante fast of the lepcha tribe .
