Darjeeling Hills gets first ever Sahaj Tathya Mitra Kendra. The Centre has been inaugurated in the BDO Office, Kalimpong-II Development Block, Algarah on this day recently in presence of BDO Algarah, Sri. Debarshi Nag WBCS(Exe.), Somnath Kundu, District Manager, Sahaj e-Village Limited, Rahul Adhikari, Field In charge, Darjeeling and Block Officials. 

From the Kendra public can get all the i.e,  e ticketing, on line recharges, e tendering, pan card application, Passport application, electricity billing, Telephone billing, Insurance of Vehicles, DSC application, online submission of Examination forms etc.

BDO Algarah, Debarshi Nag informed that Digital Signature Certificate is too available which is required for e-tendering.as it has become mandatory for all schemes above 5 lakhs to go for e-tendering.Any contractor who is interested to participate in e-tendering process should have DSC.

The Kendra has been opened at annexe building of the BDO office.It is being run by Dawa Tshering Bhutia (9641004564), VLE (Village Level Entreprenuer) and all the government and private e-services will be available here from 10 AM to 5 PM every day informed BDO Nag.

Before Algarah, Tathya Mitra Kendra was open only in Matigara BDO office and Siliguri Mahakuma Parishad.
