A total of 11 school student became injured along with the Driver when a school van skidded off the road at Sakyong near Pedong . The incident happened around 4 p.m this evening when the van full of School Children met with a Technical failure and skidded of the road and fell into a ditch 20 ft down . After the incident local helped in rescue work and rushed the injured to Kalimpong Hospital. The driver Tapan Rai has got spine and head injury while a student Prayash Pradhan log got one of his leg fractured according to information received from Hospital Authority. Both has been refereed to Siliguri for further Treatment. A total of 7 female student and 1 male student has been admitted to Hospital.
