Hill Youth TMC has extended its support to Sikkim Teacher Association on going agitation. Addressing a PC today Hill youth TMC President Bhupendra Lepcha today said that constitution have given the right to citIzen that he  can be associated with any association or organization.Terming 'Sikkim Teacher Association as anti national is shameful , no one can rise above constitution , we along with our Sikkim TMC extend full support to Agitation of Teacher" informed Lepcha  . A advocate by profession Lepcha told that Article 19(1)(c) in The Constitution Of India 1949 (c) give right to form associations or unions and in Democracy everyone cam lay forward its demand he added.Alleging Sikkim Government of violating the act he said  ' We want to support and help them". Rising over the Constitution and giving threat demanding legal action against them is Ridiculous. He said who ever gave the version should know his place as he is not above constitution. Adding the problems of Temporary workers of Darjeeling he said even they are victim, they were randomly transfer, many lost their job. they should learn lesson from STA and come in roads for their demand added Lepcha
