CPRM party candidate Kishore Pradhan today files his nomination papers as an Independent Candidate.CPRM party which from its establishment in 1996 is for the first time contesting the election. The Party president R B Rai Ex MP was present at Kalimpong for the nomination. A Rally was taken out which raised slogan for Separate State. The rally which was started from Party Office encircled the whole town and later culminated at SDO office premises. Party Kurseong candidate Arun Ghatani , Party Vice president Tara Mani Rai , J B Rai were seen participating in the Rally. Later the candidate Pradhan Submitted his nomination papers to 22 Kalimpong Constituency Returning Officer Shri Nirmala Gharami.

Speaking with the Press Pradhan told that the party is fighting this election in the issue of  Ethnic unity, corruption-free region , development and utmost important Gorkhaland. He said the party is honest and committed to the demand for Separate State .

R B Rai party president told that the Morcha have no moral Right to fight the election. He said party send three MLA last time but none utter the word of Separate State. He said Morcha treated their MLA as slave whom it order to Sit and Stand . If they were seated they were not allowed to Stand and vice versa he added .

Meanwhile he too attack JAP President Dr Harka Bahadur Chhetri for politicizing the District issue. He said the State Government declared the Formation of District when it was in ICU stage. What if TMC government does not come to power ?
